Book 4, Chapter 8 Summary
Jenna realized that she could rely on no one but herself. Everyone had his or her own agenda for her, and she began to get bitter and angry. Then she met Rodney Hopkins. He made her bitterer and angrier, because of the way, he treated her during production and photo shoots. He called her every night wanting to go out, but she always refused. She just was not interested.
Her sister-in-law, Selena, called her during this time and told her she was pregnant, but the happiness was short lived. Tony told her that he was clean and excited about being a father, but that their grandmother, on their father's side, had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a double mastectomy trying to get the cancer before it got out of control.
