Book 3, Chapter 27 Summary
Jenna tells her diary they are back in Las Vegas and she won at the state pageant and made the top 10 at nationals. She says that she has many friends but never goes anywhere. She is becoming depressed.
Book 3, Chapter 27 Analysis
The reader sees mixed emotions. She says she has friends, and she wins something at every pageant she goes to, and yet she is depressed. Many teenagers often feel depressed, so again we feel that she is growing up.
