Summary

“Week Three” contains two chapters. In “Ashlee,” the women return to the YMCA for their next session. Will has them play “unmusical chairs” in silence so they can talk about their feelings as they play. Ashlee wins and feels happy, just like when she won her reality show. She says she does not know why she is even there—unlike all the other women, she is a winner who earned her happy ending.

Since Gretel has never seen The One before, Ashlee explains the dating show that she had signed up for. She and a dozen other women had all signed up to fight for the heart of the bachelor, Brandon Irizarry, who was going to propose to one of them at the end of the show.
