Summary

Chapter 22 continues in the year 1979. Lala sneaks out to the beach to meet Tone whenever Wilma is visiting Carson in the hospital. One day, he takes her home to meet his mother and gives her some pretty beads. Another time, they go to the movies. Tone takes Lala to see the tunnels. They have sex there.
