Summary
Cara creates an account with the Department of Labor so as to receive unemployment insurance benefits. She answers each of the security questions with lengthy answers.
In “Session Three,” Cara is late because Lulú did not show up for their morning coffee. “For ten years,” the friends “took the bus to the factory together” (40). Every morning, they shared a coffee before work. They have continued the tradition since the factory closed. Cara is worried because Lulú has never broken their routine before. She wonders if it has something to do with Lulú’s son Adonis. Lulú has always spoiled him.
