Summary

In Chapter 12, Hunt and Bryce talk over ice cream and he reveals he is good at fixing machines. Sandriel used him to sabotage rebel mech-suits and regrets those who died because of it. Hunt is also convinced the Asteri sent Pollux and Baxian to goad Hunt and Bryce says they should be hopeful, but cautious. Tharion arrives to talk.

Back at Bryce's home, she messages Ruhn and Tharion asks if Danika mentioned Sofie. He explains the story and how both Sofie and Emile are thunderbirds.
