Book Two, Calm Before the Storm: Chapters 32-43 Summary
In chapter thirty-two, Will attends one of Maggie's concerts in London, but he is so high that his perception is skewed. Afterward, a reporter follows Will out of the concert hall, reminding him that she attended with him.
In chapter thirty-three, Will is approached by Winnie Lawrence, a promoter of American soccer. Lawrence wants Will to play for the American team in the World Cup playoffs. Will agrees with the hope of taking the team to the World Cup with the help of a German coach.
