Summary

Chapter 12 is from Arthur’s perspective and takes place on Monday, May 25th. Arthur and Ben meet up at a Broadway restaurant, Eileen’s Galaxy Diner, for breakfast. It is expensive, which makes Arthur slightly uncomfortable since he knows Ben has a tight budget. They catch up. Arthur feels like he’s bad at his job. Ben tells Arthur he feels distant from Dylan. They discuss Mario, even though he is not there with them. Throughout their meal, Arthur finds out Ben and Mario’s relationship is not as serious as Arthur thought, and Ben learns the same about Mikey and Arthur’s relationship.
