Prospect, South Carolina
This is the town where Sam, Faith, and Jackie live. It is also where Captain Sweeney's Seafood Market is located. The town is a popular vacation and holiday spot, and the market does exceptionally well on weekends and holidays, when the visitors' business is at the peak. Sam and Faith know they have to have the local business as well, and there seems to be a lull right after the market is renovated. However, the locals pitch in to help when Curtis demolishes the market, which demonstrates the close-knit attitudes of most of the local people. The fact that the town is relatively small means everyone knows about the wreck involving Jamie and his friend, and some women cut off contact with Jackie because of it.
