Cara Parravani
Cara Parravani was the identical twin of Christa Parravani. Cara was the heavier twin, by several ounces, when they were born. She remained slightly bigger and heavier than Christa and was considered to be the dominant twin. Cara often displayed self-indulgent and self-centered behavior that placed great strain and pressure on others, especially on Christa.
Like most identical twins, especially girls, Cara and Christa had an extremely close relationship. Cara took advantage of Christa’s more gentle nature by making demands upon her that Christa found difficult to reject. Cara became addicted to both prescription drugs and to hard drugs including cocaine and heroin. Her addiction worsened when she was brutally beaten and raped one day when she was walking her dog in the woods by her house.
