Summary

Chapter 15 starts with the sisters on the bus on the way home from school. Nishat still feels badly about what happened with Jess and Chaewon. She gets a text from Flavia, “just wanted to let you know your plan didn’t work” (168). Flavia says she heard from the shop and they will soon have new henna tubes. Priti suggests Nishat steal the henna tubes from Flavia. Nishat considers this and Priti says she was kidding. Nishat says, “It’s kind of the exact right form of payback. She stole something from me, now I borrow something from her” (171). The girls get off the bus as Nishat notices Priti glaring at her phone.
