Summary

In Chapter 29, about halfway to the lookout point, Angela was scared by a huntsman spider on the inside of her windshield. She screamed and took her hands off the wheel. Her car crashed into a tree. When she regained consciousness, Angela was aware of people around her wondering if she were alive. The paramedics arrived and got her out of the car but had to shock her heart because they could not find a pulse. Later she realized she was in an ambulance being taken to a hospital. When someone started reading out the information found in her handbag, she didn’t recognize her last name. She believed she was Angela Richardson, not Angela Gillespie. She believed she was married to Will and had a daughter named Lexie.
