Chapters 26-31 Summary

Chapter 26:

Hale finds the photos Taccone gave to Kat. Kat may be a good thief, but she's not a good hider. Hale asks Kat if he should have Taccone killed. Kat is not sure Hale is joking.

Kat asks Hale why he is doing this. Hale says that Kat should always count him in.

Kat looks at the photos again. She sees someone new in the photo of her father and Amelia Bennett.

Hale calls Uncle Eddie.

3 Days Until Deadline - Wyndham Manor, England

Chapter 27:

Kat has a dream about being at the Henley. It is raining inside. She sees her mother running away and cannot catch up. It has snowed outside and the snow is too deep. Kat sees her mother running toward a red door.

Kat wakes up and announces that it is time for phase three.
