Chapter 21 Summary

Karrde alerts Mara to the two visitors on their way in: Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. Since he is still holding Luke as a hostage, he tells Mara to move him into a storage area so that neither Han nor Lando notice anything suspicious when they arrive. He also tells Mara that they will stay for the day and possibly for dinner. To ensure that his crew does not say anything accidentally, Karrde gives most of them the day off. When Karrde's meeting with Mara is done, she goes to Luke and moves him to his new holding cell in a storage compartment.

Once alone, Luke analyzes his new cell to see if there are any possibilities of escape. He looks through the boxes in the room to see if there is anything he could use to his advantage. He notices the metal...
