Chapter 11 Summary

Aunt Pru tries to summon the ghost of Deidre Friske, who is the woman who keeps appearing in Susannah's room. The same card keeps appearing—the hermit card. While Susannah is using the phone to call home, an elderly woman dressed in gardening gear appears to her. She is Mrs. Fiske, but not the same woman from Susannah's room. Mrs. Fiske confirms Red killed her but before any other information is exchanged, Cee Cee comes in to get Susannah to leave. When Susannah arrives home with Spike in her bag, a stretch limo is in the driveway and Red is drinking tea with her mom.
