Summary
Edison and Yuki start getting coffee together after life drawing class, and they talk about Yuki's art and her ambitions. He reassures her that she is talented. Yuki works on a drawing of the photograph of her and Odile on the roof of the brownstone. She gets frustrated with it and decides not to take any more classes. She invites Edison to the apartment to see the drawing. Lou threatens her with a cigarette burn when she tells him he is coming over. Lou's literary journal friends come over as well, and they fixate on the photograph, not Yuki's drawing. They want to use it for the cover of the magazine.
