Summary
Penelope was at Sheckley’s, talking to Jon. He gave her a local paper which had a photo of people in front of a community garden. Marcus had written the article about the history of the garden and how it had previously been neglected. Jon noticed an advertisement for a trendy sushi place and told Penelope they should go. She refused saying that would make them part of the problem. Penelope went home to pack and later that night went out with Jon and his friends, tagging around Brooklyn. She and Jon end up separated from his friends. She helped him tag an abandoned lot and afterwards they walked the Williamsburg bridge. They ended the night kissing and then sharing a cab to their separate homes.
The next day while Penelope is running, she saw Denise, a woman that used to work...
