V Paris 1939 III Summary
As the war rages on, Delilah comes in one day saying that they are rounding up Germans in France. This is when she plans to get them fake papers so they can get Hiero into the United States. The weeks go by and they get word from Louis, who is touring in the south, urging them to leave Europe. The record falls by the wayside. Hiero stops eating.
Delilah pays to get them papers, but when the girl provides them the papers, Hiero's are not included. She says his papers are more difficult. When they return with the papers, Chip tells them that Ernst's car has been stolen. They go to report the theft the following morning. When Chip and Sid return, they find a note from Delilah saying she's gone to get them train tickets to leave Paris...
