V Paris 1939 I Summary

Hiero, Sid and Chip spend their first night in Paris sleeping in the car. They go to a café for breakfast and Chip goes to call Louis Armstrong. When Chip returns, he says they have to stay in Montmarte, where they are, for the next couple of hours. As they're waiting, Sid spots Delilah walking toward the café.

The three reunite with Delilah. She leads them toward where Louis is, whom she says still isn't well. As they enter the hotel lobby, they fill Delilah in on what happened to Fritz and Ernst. She also tells them that France declared war on Germany the previous afternoon. Delilah leads them into Louis's room and introduces everyone.

Sid drives to Lila's apartment to start unloading their stuff. He finds out that Lilah told Hiero she was leaving Berlin and Hiero just...
