Castle Rock is the town in Maine in which much of this story is set. It is the town in which Gwendy lives with her family.

Castle View Recreational Park

Castle View Recreational Park is the place where Gwendy meets Farris for the first time and receives the button box.

Guyana

Guyana is the desolate village in South America where Gwendy focuses her attention when she pushes the red button. Coincidentally Jim Jones persuades his 900 followers to commit suicide on the same day that Gwendy chooses to push the red button.

Gwendy’s Bedroom

Gwendy’s bedroom is where Harry is killed by Frankie.

Gwendy’s Apartment

The apartment that Gwendy is able to rent for herself while she is in college is where Farris finds her and gets the button box back.
