Summary

The novel jumps into Part 2 with Enchanted standing over Korey’s dead body. She is horrified and cannot remember what happened.

In Chapter 31, Korey and Enchanted practice for her solo. Enchanted’s mom arrives and is upset that the door had been locked.

In Chapter 32, Enchanted begins her tour with Korey. They share connecting hotel rooms and he visits Enchanted’s room before Jessica interrupts them. Korey sends her away.

In Chapter 33, Korey has Enchanted fitted for a wig. Enchanted is not excited, but she wants to make Korey happy, so she agrees.

In Chapter 34, Enchanted and Korey are in Los Angeles attending an afterparty for the concert. The son of Richie Price, a huge music producer, Derrick, begins talking to Enchanted. Enchanted is excited to talk to somebody her own age, but she lies and says she is eighteen. She notices Korey...
