Summary
In the first part of this chapter, Duckworth recounts her experience meeting on undergraduate at Wharton School of Business. She met an aspiring entrepreneur who had raised a lot of capital, but she reminded him that grit involves staying with one project and not switching from one project to another.
In the next section, she presents the version of the Grit Scale she used for her study at West Point. The reader can fill out the study to figure out his or her level of grit.
