Summary
“Mood” is another series of snapshots. It opens with “Time,” a meditation on the swift passage of time, particularly when one is no longer young. “Roberta” describes a woman that used to work at the door of a punk club in the 1970s. Now she lives a quiet life and grieves the recent death of her pet parrot. “Raphael” describes a young photographer who takes excellent pictures but has not achieved commercial success. “Locate the Self I” consists largely of a series of questions about what the “self” actually is. “Moods on Tumblr” features a selection of comments from the online message board Tumblr.
