Summary
In “Lyla”, Demi agrees to go for a walk with Lyla around the reservoir. Lyla is insistent that her tenant join her so they could become friends and idly chats with Demi as they wend through the hills to the path around the lake. She is delighted with herself for making Demi uncomfortable and insists that Demi slip through the hole in the fence. Lyla pretends that she needs to change her tampon and leaves Demi on the forbidden side of the fence before calling the police to report a trespasser.
