Summary

The narrative reaches Autumn 2019. On Friday 6th September, Andy bumps into his ex-girlfriend Daisy who he broke up with several years ago. He reflects that he can better understand how she must have felt then now that he has gone through the experience of Jen breaking up with him. Andy goes for a drink with Morris who reveals that he was briefly married but that his wife left him for his brother.

On Saturday 7th September, Andy had a gig in a mall demonstrating products to shoppers. He is wearing a t-shirt with the band Oasis on it.
