Cinniuint

Generally identified as Cin, Cinniuint is the narrator of this novel. Cin is a werewolf, which is also called a wolf shifter in this series. Cin left her pack after her three older brothers tried to kill her. She is the daughter of Juniper, the alpha of the pack. She is the product of her mother's indiscretion, and this makes her an outcast even though she was raised within the pack. She considers Juniper's mate Mars to be her father, and he embraced that role as long as it was possible. The fact that Mars left the pack – and Cin – had a tremendous effect on Cin's ability to trust and her hope that love is real.
