Luna

Luna is the moon that serves as the center of government for the universe, and is home of the Sovereign. Luna consists of the Sovereign’s palace, Citadel, Senate, and numerous other cities and lower-Color areas. Because it is a moon, the sun constantly keeps Luna in a state of light that varies from broad daylight to a glowing twilight. Luna also serves as an annual meeting place and hosts an annual gala for all the House Families of the universe. Luna is where Darrow and the House Augustus travel for the annual events, only to be targeted by the Sovereign’s tyranny. From the stopped duel between Darrow and Cassius on Luna springs the civil war that follows.
