Chapter 19 Summary
Tibby has been trying desperately to pay back Margaret the favors she has so often done for her at the theater. She decides to ask Margaret to go to dinner with her after their shift one evening, and she realizes that Margaret has come with her just to be polite. Maybe it is, once again, Margaret that is providing the favor, not Tibby. Tibby then understands that taking Margaret out of her setting and into Tibby's is not the best way to repay her for her help.
Carmen and Lena are at a Starbucks, and Carmen tells Lena that Win once again caught the "Good Carmen" at an act of kindness.
