Summary

In Chapter 19, Aubrey and Levi keep some distance when they return to the office. Aubrey receives flowers from Owen. She calls to thank him and he suggests a romantic dinner the following evening. Malcolm has learned that Frank is being released from prison. Priscilla calls from the medical examiner's office. She has encountered paperwork identifying the bullet that killed Missy as being from a Ruger Super Redhawk, which is a military handgun. Dustin owns that specific gun. Levi has a contact in the military and has gotten someone to give him details of Frank's military record, including that he was certified as a marksman and the only handgun on that list is the Ruger Super Redhawk. Levi is beginning to believe Frank is guilty.
