Darien finishes a long day of filming and finds a series of texts from Elle on his phone. Some of them are flirty, and he is thrilled. Gail asks him who he is texting, and he tells her what happened. She tells him that he has to break it off, but when he finds out she is going on a date, he makes a deal that they will both keep the other’s secret from Mark.

Elle comes home from Sage’s house and Catherine scolds her because she had to make the twins clean the attic because Elle never did as she was told. Elle goes upstairs and discovers that the Chloe has taken her mother’s dress and intends to use it in the contest.
