Chapters 11-14 Summary

In Chapter 11, the next morning, Rose tracks Lissa to Christian's room through her bond. When she arrives, she discovers that Tasha is teaching Christian to use his magic element, fire, to defend himself, something that is illegal in Moroi society. Rose is fascinated, but her fascination does not dampen her jealousy and she is rude to Tasha. Later Rose runs into Mason and finds that he has heard that she spent the evening with Adrian and is jealous. Rose reassures Mason that she is not interested in Adrian or anyone else. Later Rose and Mason participate in a snowball fight, which is against the roles at the academy. That night, when Rose sleeps she dreams of Adrian.
