Summary

Tembi is in university and is living in Florence as part of an exchange program where she studies art history and learns Italian. She meets new friends and is immediately immersed in Italian culture and lifestyles. After a couple of months, she bumps into a young man in the street, Saro, who happens to be a friend of a friend. Saro makes a point to stop by the bar where Tembi is working regularly. They start to get to know each other and develop a friendship, but nothing romantic evolves initially. One night, Saro gifts Tembi a bicycle, which he knew she wanted to be able to get around Florence more easily.
