The food coloring wasn't as bright as Noah hoped but it still showed a stream of color from the Coral Queen to Thunder Beach. Donna was upset with the evidence of the sewage dump. She said that Dusty should be stopped and that someday the authorities will catch up with him. After a while, a Coast Guard helicopter was circling over the area. One of the officers on board was video taping the purple stream. Dusty had finally been caught. Noah and Abbey went to visit Shelly to thank her and tell her that the Coast Guard had busted Dusty.
