While there has been a great deal of exploration of flow as it pertains to physical activity, one must be aware that flow can easily be generated through the mind. Some of the most enjoyable experiences a person can have are those that are born in the brain. Because mental and physical processes go hand in hand and tend to follow one another without a great deal of thought, one may not realize the extent of the mind's involvement.
