Chapters 25-28 Summary
Mitch and Abby spent Abby's spring break at the firm's condo on Grand Cayman Island. They had planned the vacation before they knew about the surveillance, and it is difficult to view the trip as a relaxing retreat. Mitch makes a one day detour to Cayman Brac to meet with Tarrance. He also arranges a second meeting with Barry Abanks. Under the pretense of snorkeling, Mitch and Abby spend the day with Barry. Mitch and Abby have agreed to help the FBI, and Mitch is securing the help of Abanks to disappear when the time is right. The whole time they are followed by a Nordic looking man and a blond woman. The two can't prove it, but they suspect Mitch of continuing to cooperate with the FBI. The Morolto family has an FBI informant who they pay to check on...
