Summary
Tully and Johnny pressure Kate to go out with them for drinks in Chapter 16. They make out in front of her. Kate cries herself to sleep when she hears them having sex. People notice Johnny starting to spiral at work. Tully stopped returning Johnny’s calls, as she is not interested in a relationship. Kate tells Johnny she is quitting to go into advertising. Johnny invites her to dinner. She tells him she likes him. They have sex. Kate tells Tully who says that Johnny is using Kate as his 'rebound' from her. Johnny comes over and has sex with Kate again. He tells her that it does not matter what he felt for Tully, since she does not want him.
