Chapters 6-11 Summary

In Chapter 6, Marcie disappears in the crowd. It is time for the fight with Patch. The fight goes as planned. Nora spots the man who kidnapped her. Nora warns Patch and has Vee attempt to get the man's name. Nora rushes outside to tell Patch that Vee could not get any answers, but sees Pepper speaking with Dabria, Patch's ex, instead. Nora goes back into the bar just in time to see a bunch of fallen angel's come into the bar in an attempt to force Nephilim to submit to an oath of fealty so they can possess their bodies during Cheshvan.

In Chapter 7, Vee takes Nora home and asks what is going on. Nora refuses to answer, prompting Vee to tell her she has a secret too, but she will not tell Nora until Nora confesses hers. Nora wakes the...
