Summary
This section begins in present day, with David showing Amanda the drawings in the waiting room. After Amanda tells David that Nina does not trust Carla, David asks Amanda if she recognises the names written on the wall near the drawings. Amanda says she does not, and David tells her that they are all written by the nurse because most of the children cannot write without their fingers bleeding. At this moment, Amanda tries to walk away and leave, but David tells Amanda that all of the doors cannot be opened from the inside.
Amanda then asks David to continue her story. In the story, Nina is playing at the stable, and Carla notices Amanda's worsening condition, so she leaves Amanda with Nina and rushes to get Amanda's car in order to take Amanda and Nina to the hospital. Now Amanda and David...
