Summary

In Chapter 10, Cath is feeling overwhelmed by all of her classwork. She tries to discuss it with Nick but he doesn’t seem to understand. When they leave the library that night, Levi is already waiting to walk her to her dorm. He asks if Nick has ever offered to do so.

Also in this chapter, Cath confronts Wren about their mother. Wren is of the opinion that their mother can’t hurt them any worse than she already has. Cath isn’t so sure. Wren tells Cath she hasn’t said anything to her because she knows how upset it makes Cath.

In Chapter 11, Cath is in her quiet dorm but is thinking about the “F” that Professor Piper gave her for her unreliable narrator story. The professor had accused her of plagiarism. She tries to get in touch with Wren, but...
