Chapters 4-7 Summary

In Chapter 4, people begin to arrive at Farthy. Logan is impresses by the Rolls Royces, Mercedes and limousines that arrive. Heaven is happy, saying, "Every girl dreams of a wonderful wedding reception, but to see something like this, an extravaganza beyond my wildest imaginings, suddenly made all my dark thoughts about Tony and his manipulations disappear and made me realize how incredibly lucky I was" (Chapter 4, p. 44).

Heaven's brother and sister, Keith and Our Jane arrive. Heaven is thrilled to see them. The family takes a few minutes to catch up before Keith and Jane wander off to see the property.

Tony tells Heaven that it is important for him to be able to offer her everything. Heaven accepts but feels uneasy about the way Tony is holding her.

Jillian arrives and makes a scene about it being her wedding day...
