Summary

In Chapter 48, Corvallis dies and becomes a bird named Corvus in the Bitworld. He meets another soul named Prim. He requests souls to come with him on a quest, and Prim and several others volunteer.

In Chapter 49, The group arrives at a small town named Cloven. They learn that Egdod disguised himself as the worm in the Garden, and then sought refuge in the Fastness. Unable to destroy him, El locked him inside. The group splits up to avoid suspicion, and Prim begins to travel alone on foot. She is nearly captured but escapes after she realizes she has the power of death.

In Chapter 50 Prim, realizing she is Daisy, meets up with Corvus. They rejoin the group and continue onward.
