Summary
In Chapter 20, Sophia explains how she became interested in Dodge’s brain and was supported by her professor, Solly.
In Chapter 21, Sophia meets with Corvallis to access Dodge’s brain.
Chapter 22 skips ahead to ten months later, as Sophia meets with Solly, Corvallis, and Enoch. Sophia notes that her grades have slipped, but Solly tells her that it does not matter, as she will still be able to pass and has been working hard on her thesis. The code for Dodge’s brain was so complex that Sophia spent most of the summer just orienting herself around it but was able to successfully run parts of it on a small scale.
