Chapters 36-40 Summary
David finds himself buried in rubble. There is destruction all around him and he realizes what Freidman has done. He also realizes that he has to get out of the area without being picked up by the Israelis or the Palestinians.
Chapter thirty-seven finds Coleman and his men waiting in miserable conditions. Wicker returns from his scouting mission and reports.
Rapp and the SEALS arrive at the opening of chapter thirty-eight. Coleman brings them up to date on the situation and what their surveillance has revealed. They formulate their plans for the attack. Rapp does not want to make too much noise because it might attract attention.
In chapter thirty-nine, the storm is intensifying but they still plan on using helicopters for the extraction, then decide they will go to the beach after the rescue and use boats, saving the helicopters...
