Summary
The narration then returns to Wilson in the present, and to present-tense, second-person narration. As Wilson continues his drive home, he makes plans to reconnect with Tabitha (Toby) Castle, the daughter of wealthy businessman Brian Castle and someone whom he has dated in the past. He has “tasted her vagina, it’s not terrible” (47), and plans to produce a family with her and then settle her and the family outside of Washington, as his roommates have done. He then contemplates his different attitudes towards the genders, the narration (still in second-person, referring to Wilson) saying that “women make you feel like a man, but men make you feel like a human” (48).
