Summary
Cathy and Daniel wake up locked up in a shed. Cathy explains that there was nothing else that she could have done except kill Charlie. If she would have tried to fight by the rules and push him off, she would have lost, he would have been able to overpower her, slapped and punched her harder. She wants in that moment to regain control over herself, her body and the situation, and that strangling him was the means to do that. Cathy says that the brothers had been harassing her in the woods, when she would go to Vivien's house and stay outside wandering around.
