Summary

Erel joins the Knights at Lucan’s estate in Valenia, offering her help in researching the identities of the goddesses. She pinpoints a discrepancy in Fate’s Fable written on an old scroll, which implies that Cygnus “saved” the entire village from dark aura by killing them. Lucan tries to contact Mirari and Gaven but fails. Shiba, having been suspicious of Lucan hiding the truth for a while, confronts him, and Lucan tells the Knights the true identity of the goddesses’ vessels: Mirari and Councilor Julie. They realize that Fangbane believes Salathiel is Lachess’ vessel and is trying to instigate a fight between them. They rush back to the Estate.
