Chapter 7 Summary

After attending church with her family on Sunday, Morgan goes to Hunter's house where they are joined by Daniel. Morgan wonders why they all feel so bad, and Daniel explains that it is the effect of the oncoming dark wave as the spells to call it have been started and the people and place have been targeted. He warns it is only a matter of days, and they will all feel worse as it draws closer. Daniel has been busy crafting the spell, but it would be stronger if he had more time to give it additional specificity. It would also be more powerful if he could use something particular against its creator to specify the spell's target. Morgan realizes she has something that once belonged to Ciaran, so she rushes off, promising to return. Morgan drives out of town to the place...
