Section 8: Chapter 13 & 14 Summary

In Chapter 13, as Kennedy follows Jacqueline inside her dorm, Jacqueline insists that she does not want to talk, but she is surprised to see Lucas there who supports Jacqueline as she orders Kennedy to leave. Jacqueline quips that Lucas can add being her personal defender to his resume. Landon and Jacqueline exchange several emails discussing their holiday plans and admitting that they will both miss their emails during the break. Jacqueline avoids making eye contact with Lucas during class on Monday, and Benji suggests that she should tell him that she knows he is the tutor because he seems vulnerable. After class, Lucas asks to see Jacqueline before Thanksgiving break, but she tells him that she is too busy. After Jacqueline tells Erin and Maggie that Lucas and Landon are the same person, they ask why she has not confronted him...
