Chapter 9-12 Summary

Ebony is arrogant and rude. She smokes and gives Kinsey a martini, which Kinsey later says, gives her a headache. Ebony is fishing for information claiming that the family won't tell her what is going on. She just wants to keep an eye on things but has nothing to do with anything going on. While Kinsey and Ebony are upstairs talking, Kinsey suggests that a rival company is framing Lance. Ebony tells Kinsey that if Lance is guilty, she does want him to go to jail but if not then she doesn't care. Ebony also admits to wanting the company. She thinks her brother Lance an idiot and that she can do a much better job than he can.
