Summary

In Chapter 18: “Noveen,” inside the house, Edgar shared his fear that there were no more drawings because the house was in such bad shape. Jack, however, found a handwritten note in an old rolltop desk. It appeared to be a receipt for liquor and noted there was “Table X2” (667) in the delivery. Wiremen noted out loud Elizabeth’s frequent statements that the table was leaking.
